Race Predictor Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this promotion is Electraworks (Ceuta) S.A, (formerly named ElectraWorks (Malta) Plc), having its registered office at Calle Real nº 74, first floor (51001 Ceuta) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Ceuta, in volume 135, folio 110, page CE-3509 with tax ID number: A67870402.

• Players must be over 18 years old.
• Players must reside in Spain.
• Players must not be included in any of the player categories restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd.
• Players must have a verified account at www.PartyPoker.es.
• Players must have made at least one deposit in their PartyPoker.es account.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to this Promotion and are in addition to our General Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Promotional Terms shall prevail for the purposes of this Promotion.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 23/03/2026 at 00:00 CET until 29/03/2026 at 14:00 CEST (the “Promotion Period”).

4. Eligibility
To participate in this Promotion, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Hold a verified account with the Operator;
• Not be self-excluded or prohibited from gambling;
• Not use a VPN or similar masking technology;
• Not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of the Operator or any affiliated company.

5. How to Participate

• Players must opt in via the poker software during the Promotion Period.
• Players must predict which driver will win the GP Japan race taking place on 29/03/2026.
• Predictions cannot be modified once submitted.
• After submitting a prediction, players must generate €5 in rake and/or tournament fees during the Promotion Period.
• Upon generating €5 in rake and/or fees, the mission is completed and one (1) scratch card will be awarded automatically.
• Each player may complete the mission once and receive a maximum of one (1) scratch card.

6. Scratch Cards

• Scratch cards are available from 23/03/2026 at 00:00 CET until 01/04/2026 at 21:00 CEST.
• The maximum total number of scratch cards available in this Promotion is 7,000.
• Scratch card prizes are randomly distributed.

7. Scratch Card Prizes

All tournament tickets won via scratch cards:

• Have a dynamic expiration period of 90 days;
• Can only be used in tournaments with the corresponding buy-in value;
• Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Double Prize for Correct Prediction
If a player correctly predicts the winner of the GP Japan race, the value of the scratch card prize won will be doubled. The additional prize will be credited within 48 hours after the official race result is confirmed.

9. Race €1,500 Freeroll

• Date: 01/04/2026 at 21:35 CEST
• Freeroll tickets expire on 01/04/2026 at 23:00 CEST
• Maximum 5,000 entrants
• 5-minute blind levels
• 1 re-entry permitted
• Freeroll tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

10. Freeroll Prizes

All tickets won in the freeroll have a dynamic 90-day expiration and can be used in tournaments with the corresponding buy-in.

11. General Conditions

• Only one (1) entry per player, household, IP address, and device is permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse the Promotion, including collusion or use of multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.
• We reserve the right to withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect abuse or ineligibility.
• If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, entry tickets will be returned. No additional compensation will be provided.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion if required for legal or regulatory reasons.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
