Terms & Conditions – PartyPoker Loyalty Rewards Program

• Players must be over 18 years old.
• Players must reside in Spain.
• Players must not be included in any of the player categories restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd.
• Players must have a verified account at www.PartyPoker.es.
• Players must have made at least one deposit in their PartyPoker.es account.

Specific Terms of the Loyalty Rewards Program

• Status Points must be accumulated during the relevant period to reach or maintain a Loyalty level.
• *Rake: Commission taken from pots in cash games.
• **Fees: Commission taken from tournament buy-ins.
• For example, after first logging in with a verified account, a player who accumulates 50 Status Points in the first month:
  • Reaches Level 2 (20 Status Points/month).
  • Unlocks the 5 milestone rewards of 4 Status Points each from Level 1 and the first milestone reward of 20 Status Points from Level 2.
  • Begins the next month at Level 2 and must accumulate at least 20 Status Points to maintain it.
• Status Points are only accumulated in real money games. No Status Points are awarded in freerolls.
• 1 Status Point for every 1 € of rake/fees and 0.01 Status Point for every 0.01 € of rake/fees.
• Advancement to a higher level is immediate upon reaching the required points.
• Maintaining the level depends on accumulating enough points during the period.
• If insufficient points are accumulated, the player is downgraded to the corresponding level.
• For Levels 5, 6, or 7, the player retains the status for one quarter before being downgraded if the threshold is not met.
• If the higher level is not reached at the end of the period, the corresponding bonus is not awarded. Status Point counters reset to zero at the start of the next period.
• Cash bonuses can be withdrawn or used on PartyPoker.
• Status Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted outside the program.
• Daily Freeroll tickets: valid for 1 month. Weekly Loyalty Freeroll tickets: valid for 3 months. Monthly Loyalty Freeroll tickets: valid for 12 months. No ticket can be converted to cash.
• In the event of fraud or incorrect allocation, PartyPoker reserves the right to revoke any bonus.
• PartyPoker may amend these terms and conditions at any time.

General

• If the Company suspects fraud, it reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the player from this promotion and/or suspend the player's account.
• The Company reserves the right to change the content of these Terms at any time without notice. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of any changes in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to change, end, or restrict your access to promotions if required by law or regulation.
• The Company may impose restrictions on your account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, which may include deposit restrictions and limitations on bonus offers. The Company will not be liable if these restrictions, including those related to Safer Gambling, affect your ability to meet the requirements of this promotion or to release any bonus, benefit, or prize.
