Specific Terms and Conditions
- This offer is valid from June 5, 2024
- The offer is only available to players who have not created an account at partypoker.es before, that is, only new accounts can participate. Multiple accounts will not be accepted.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions as well as our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and our General Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the removal of credits from your player account without notice.
This offer is valid only once per user, terminal (computer, tablet or mobile), household, credit card (deposit or attempted deposit) or bank account. It is only available to players with a partypoker.es account making their first deposit.
The offer is a bonus is 100% of the First Deposit up to 200 € maximum.
To be eligible for the offer, the Authorized User must:
- Make a deposit into the gaming account. A minimum deposit of €5 is required to participate in this promotion (“Qualifying Deposit”).
- Play real money poker on partypoker.es within 90 days after making the Qualifying Deposit.
- Collect the Loyalty Points needed (as specified below) during the 90-day period.
Loyalty Points and Slabs:
- For each Euro of bonus, the player will have to accumulate 8 loyalty points in order to receive such Euro of bonus.
- The bonus is credited in five slabs of 20% of the total bonus value.
- Loyalty points are earned by playing our real money poker games and tournaments.
- 1 € of rake/commission = 1 loyalty point.
- The required points must be earned within 90 days from the Qualifying Deposit. After this time, if you have not reached the required number of Loyalty Points, any unreleased portions of your bonus will expire, and the remaining bonus amount will be deducted from the player's account.
General
- If the Company suspects fraud, it reserves the right to suspend/withdraw the player from this promotion, and/or suspend the player's account.
