Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions

Player Eligibility

• Players must reside in Spain.
• Players must be over 18 years old.
• Players must not be included in any player categories restricted from receiving promotions, as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd.
• Players must have made a minimum of 1 (one) deposit in their PartyPoker.es account.

General Terms

• If the Company suspects fraud, it reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the player from this promotion and/or suspend the player's account.
• The Company reserves the right to change the content of these Terms at any time without notice. Please check regularly for updates.
• We reserve the right to change, end, or restrict your access to promotions if legally or regulatorily required.
• We may impose restrictions on your account to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including deposit restrictions and limitations on bonus offers. We are not liable if these restrictions affect your ability to meet the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefit, or prize.

Promotion-Specific Terms

• Promotion Period: 11/07/2025 to 31/07/2025.
• By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Promotion-specific Terms and Conditions, as well as our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and our General Terms of Use.
• Only Real Money players are eligible to participate.
• Special Spins are not part of the promotion. Only Spins with buy-ins of €0.25, €1, €2, €5, €10, €20, €50, and €100 are considered for loyalty points.
• The promotion involves earning bonus tickets by accumulating spins on the Party Wheel during the promotional period. To do this, the player must collect loyalty points on the same day by playing exclusively on SPINS tables. Each loyalty point accumulated in SPINS will give the player 1 spin on the wheel, and they will be awarded a new spin each time they collect a new loyalty point in SPINS.
• Each player can win a maximum of 3 wheel spins per day by accumulating a minimum of 3 loyalty points. The player must accumulate all of their loyalty points on a single calendar day to earn their spin; any remaining points from one day will not be carried over to the next day.
• To spin the wheel and win bonus prizes, the player must go to the dedicated PARTY WHEEL section under the "Offers" tab of the PartyPoker software or mobile app. Each wheel spin will result in the distribution of a bonus ticket to the player.
• Wheel Prizes and Probabilities:
  • 1 SPINS ticket worth €0.25 (46%)
  • 1 SPINS ticket worth €1 (27%)
  • 1 SPINS ticket worth €5 (15%)
  • 1 SPINS ticket worth €10 (10%)
  • 1 SPINS ticket worth €50 (2%)
• Wheel spins won by a player will be available until 23:59 each day. After that, the spins will be lost and cannot be compensated in any way. Additionally, all unused Spins tickets (won via this promotional wheel) during their 14-day validity period will not be refundable, exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for any compensation.
• 1 loyalty point is equivalent to €1 in rake/commission.

Additional Information

• The Company reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or prize awarded as part of this promotion in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
• In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
