• Players who fail to attend may receive credit for the seat value to use as a re-entry or in a future event and the cash for expenses. They will not receive any refund or exchange for the hotel nights included in the package.
• If a player wins more than one package during the promotion, they may choose to transfer the full package to another player who has not yet qualified.
• If a player wins more than one package during the promotion and chooses not to transfer it, they will receive credit for the seat value to use as a re-entry or in a future event and the cash for expenses. They will not receive any refund or exchange for the hotel nights included in the package.
• In case of cancellation of the Malta Poker Festival 2022, all packages won will be refunded in Tournament Euros.
• Please make sure you can travel to Malta and provide any necessary document for your travel.
