Terms and Conditions

• The promoter of this promotion is Electraworks (Ceuta) S.A, (formerly named ElectraWorks (Malta) Plc), having its registered office at Calle Real nº 74, first floor (51001 Ceuta) and registered in the Commercial Registry of Ceuta, in volume 135, folio 110, page CE-3509 with tax ID number: A67870402.
• Players must:
  • be over 18 years old;
  • have a gambling account open for at least 30 (thirty) days;
  • have submitted identification documents that has been verified;
  • not be included in any of players categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd;
  • have made a minimum of 1 (one) deposit in their partypoker.es account;

 

• Tickets received through promotions, such as Leaderboards or Freerolls, will expire and won’t be refunded or exchanged at the end of the Series.

• Tickets received through Tournaments Prizepools, Satellites or SPINS may be exchanged for a ticket or T€ at the end of the Series at the discretion of the PartyPoker Management.

 

Deposit Bonus - Code FEST2024 

The bonus can be claimed from 22/02/2024 to 13/03/2024 23:59 CET 

• The bonus code FEST2024 must be used during the deposit during the promotional period.
• The bonus is subject to withdrawal conditions and paid in 10 fractions of 10% of the total amount of the bonus. Players must collect 8 points per EURO of bonus.
• Players will receive 100% of their deposit up to €150 max.
• Players must earn their points for the bonus within 90 days from the date it was issued.
• The bonus can only be used once per player during the promotional period.
• This bonus also gives one ticket SPINS POWERFEST worth €3.
• The ticket SPINS POWERFEST worth €3 will expire after 7 days.
• Unused Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
• Spanish players falling into the categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd;will be excluded from this promotion.   

 

SPINS Special POWERFEST: 

• POWERFEST tickets earned on these SPINS can only be used on these POWERFEST events.
• If POWERFEST tickets won are not used during POWERFEST, they will be lost.
• SPINS are 3-player Sit & Go poker games with 500 starting chips and 3-minute blind levels, or 300 chips and 1 min blind for the Ultra version.
• Before the start of the game, a random draw determines the prize money: from 2 to 100 times the buy-in.

 

Daily Leaderboards (Challenger & Elite)

• The Daily Leaderboards start every day during the POWERFEST promotion at 12:00 pm (CET) and end the following day at 11:59 am (CET).
• Only POWERFEST events will count towards the leaderboards.  POWERFEST satellites do not count.
• Points will be calculated using the following formula:  10 * (√ (n) / √ (p)) * (1 + LOG (entry fee + 0.25)).
• Please note that to earn leaderboard points, it's necessary that the player finishes in the money.
• Please note that 'n' indicates the number of players in the tournament and 'p' your final position. Please note that'√' is the symbol of the square root. Please note that the word "entry fee" refers to the amount of the player's contribution to the tournament prize pool (excluding commission).
• Points are not transferable from one day to the next.
• The two ranking levels are set according to the entry fee of the tournament played. Tournaments with an entry fee lower than €13allow you to earn points for the Challenger Ranking and tournaments with entry fee from €13 to €250 for the Elite Ranking.
• Players can view their position by clicking the Promotions tab in the software, or on the promotional page.
• Buy-ins as tickets or T€ will count towards the daily leaderboards.
• Players can win MTT tickets, as displayed on the promotional page.
• Unused tickets will not be refunded.
• Spanish players falling into the categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd; will be excluded from this promotion.

 

 

Mission POWERFEST

• There will be a €5,000 POWERFEST Mission Freeroll on the 24/02/2024 at 20:00 (CET).
• To receive the ticket, players will need to complete the POWERFEST Mission.
• To complete the POWERFEST Mission, players must earn 1 loyalty point from 16/02 to 24/02.
• Players must complete the mission before 24/02/2024 at 20:00 (CET).
• Once a player has earned 1 point, they will receive the ticket for the Freeroll
• Players will need to register themselves in the freeroll.
• There won't be any compensation for players who do not use their ticket to register in the freeroll.
• The €5,000 Freeroll will offer POWERFEST tickets.
• Tickets won’t be exchangeable or refunded, they will be lost if not used during POWERFEST.
• Spanish players falling into the categories who are restricted from receiving promotions as established in Royal Decree 958/2020 of November 3rd; will be excluded from this promotion.

 

 

Mystery Wheel Conditions

• This promotion is exclusively available to partypoker players.
• Promotion activated on selected POWERFEST MTTs every day from 25/02 to 13/03.
• Get 1 spin in the wheel for every player you eliminate in a selected MTT.
• If you eliminate multiple players in a single hand, you will only receive one spin in the Wheel
• If two players eliminate the same player in a hand, the player with the most chips will receive the spin.
• Players have 24 hours to spin the wheel, any wheel obtained for eliminating a player expires after 24 hours
• When spinning the Wheel, players will have the possibility to receive one of the following prizes:
  • 45% of the daily prizes will be 0.50 T€
  • 45% of the daily prizes will be 1 T€
  • 5% of the daily prizes will be 5 T€
  • 4% of the daily prizes will be 10 T€
  • 1 % of the daily prizes will be 50 T€
• Players who: are part of the Diamond Club or Diamond Club Elite Club; and/or receive cashback offers, excluding the partypoker loyalty offer, are excluded from this Promotion.
• We reserve the right to exclude any player who is acting in a manner contrary to the goodwill and spirit of this promotion.
